• What is a Special Needs Trust?

A special needs trust, also called a supplemental needs trust protects a disabled beneficiary's eligibility for government benefits. It provides for a higher quality of life.  It provides a framework for care and management of assets.  It allows parents to express their desires.  It protects assets from creditors and predators.  It extends the life of assets.
